WaACRAO 2026 Conference

Join colleagues from across the region for a day of professional development, collaboration, and community at the 2026 Washington Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers Conference hosted at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. 

Thank you to Gonzaga University Registrar Maxwell Kwenda and Gonzaga University for hosting this year’s conference. More information, including a call for proposals and registration details, will be shared soon.

 Call for Conference Session & Roundtable Proposals

WaACRAO invites you to submit a proposal to present or host a roundtable at the annual WaACRAO Conference on Thursday, August 6, at Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA.

This year’s conference theme, “Stronger Together,” focuses on fostering belonging, innovation in education, best practices, and building community. We are seeking engaging and insightful presentations and roundtable discussions that encourage collaboration, inspire new ideas, and support professionals across our field.

We are currently seeking:

  • 5 additional session proposals for the:
    • 9:30–10:20 a.m. time block
    • 10:30–11:20 a.m. time block
  • 3 additional roundtable submissions following lunch

Whether you have a fully developed presentation or would simply like to facilitate a meaningful conversation with colleagues, we encourage you to submit a proposal.

Proposal Deadline

Please submit your session or roundtable proposal by June 30 using the WaACRAO 2026 Session Proposal Form.
